Our Factory has been certified as
fully compliant with International Standards by neutral third parties
like KPMG and Intertek Testing Services.
We also comply with the C-TPAT (Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) as per the requirements of the US Government. Being aware of the global concern, we, at The Vallabh Group pay special attention on all the issues related to the human rights & production standards. Series of administrative works are in force to comply with the government law. 1. No Child Labor We do not use child labor. All our workers are above the age of 18 years. 2. Safe and Healthy Work Environment We strive to assure employees a safe and healthy workplace and that do not expose workers to hazardous conditions. 3. Fare Wages & Benefits We share our commitment to the betterment of wage and benefit levels that address the basic needs of workers and their families so far as possible and appropriate in light of national practices and conditions. 4. Non-Discrimination We do not discriminate in hiring and employment practices and make decisions solely on basis of a person's ability to the job. 5. Working Hours / Overtime Our workers shall not work more that the hours allowed by the labor law and shall be entitled to at least one day off in every seven day period.
